Integrating Telehealth within MFT Virtual Workshop

Seminar examines the efficacies of systemic relational practice, through Telehealth. Attention is brought to the therapeutic alliance, engaging children, couples, families, and supervisee’s through assessment, treatment planning, and interventions. Emphasis on, monitoring for high risk/critical care, ongoing consideration & monitoring of platform & documentation compliance, maintaining a professional identity, and those health equity issues which influence that work that we do. Presenters will utilize qualitative and competency based, industry literature, emotionally focused, attachment and experientially based therapies, as well as client satisfaction survey results. 1 hour of Ethics included.
Target Audience: This course is intended for MDs, LPCs, LMFTs, and LCSWs.
Learning Objectives: At the end of this session, learners should be able to:
- Identify how to apply interpersonal competency telehealth recommendations in couple & family therapy.
- Describe competency based training in relational telehealth supervision.
- Discuss safety & ethical considerations of telehealth, to include implications for service delivery.
- Discover relationship oriented interventions for working with children, couples, and families virtually.
